Data controller
Data collected through apiire.com is processed by Apiire, represented by Cyril Hauchard. For any question about your data: jobs@apiire.com.
Data we collect
Contact form: your business email address and the content of your message.
Applications: CV, background, contact details and any information you share with us by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or during a call.
Chat assistant: the content of the messages you send to our AI assistant. Please do not share sensitive information there.
Appointment booking: name, email and time slot chosen via Calendly.
Analytics: anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, device type) via Google Analytics 4.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiries and scheduling calls (pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest).
Matching you with opportunities and presenting your profile to hiring companies, only with your prior approval (consent). This is a core Apiire commitment: your profile is never shared without your validation.
Improving the site and its content (legitimate interest).
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It passes through the technical providers strictly required to run the site: Hostinger (hosting), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Anthropic (AI assistant message processing), Calendly (appointment booking), Google Analytics (audience measurement), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging if you reach us through that channel).
During a recruitment process, your file is only sent to a client company after your explicit approval for that specific company.
Retention periods
Applications and related exchanges: 2 years after our last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
Contact form messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
Analytics data: 14 months maximum.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to jobs@apiire.com; we reply within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a dedicated extension. No advertising cookies are set.
